So there were heaps of food and lots of people. My favourite was the satay.
Geez it was WAY better than the satay I had back home. They actually made satays with juicy chicken breast meat, unlike the dodgy satay stalls in Malaysia where they use chunks of chicken skin with STINGY pieces of meat. Maybe some people like them "fat", but I just prefer satays to be lean.
I didn't hang out there for long, bailed out after filling up my stomach with good food. Malays in Sydney are cool, they are actually knowledgeable and friendly. I'd like to think that the only people who are really racists are less-educated or they are ministers in the government. BN ministers are always playing with racial issues because they want to protect their own skins by keeping the nation in chaos. A smart Malay will tell you they hate racism too and they too see the country is going nowhere because it is lead by thick-skinned leaders.
Btw I am loving this new blogger photo uploader. I get to post everything X-large size, so I don't have to upload them via photobucket. I shall post more photos perhaps?
I have wasted a week of holidays. I feel so guilty now but I just can't make myself do anything productive for more than 15 minutes a day. Sometimes I feel like I am just living the moment. I couldn't be bothered to worry about anything yet, but I know very well I should be worry about the stuffs like searching for internship, starting with assignments, catching up with friends, etc. One word summarizes everything: LAZY. Sigh I need to wake up before it is too late.
