Mighty Morphin

Wonder why retro stuffs always win? Cause it brings back memories of the good old carefree days. I still remember I will cry so hard if my parents took me out and made me miss even one episode of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers on tv!

The first movie I ever watched in cinema was Power Rangers: The Movie in 1995. I even had a power rangers game in GameBoy back then. It was that good, until they changed the cast and story after 3 seasons. Then I grew up lol.

Oh yea there's something else I remembered: After the first season, there were occasional mutes in the intro theme music and even the show. Apparently, the Malaysian Censorship Board (mcb - hahhaha i made this up) censored the word "Morphin". To them "Morphin" sounded like Morphine, and Morphine = drugs.
So everytime the when it is time to fight badass, the heroes will go like:
"Its ___________ time!"

WTF WAS THAT ABOUT?!?! Damn potong.
As if 5 year old kids will go to shops and buy drugs.

Well it's back to work now. Exam is on Monday, and my record stay in the library was 14 hours yesterday. How happy was that?!
