Father of Playstation steps down

I read this a few days ago. Mr. Ken Kutaragi, father of the infamous Playstations consoles, finally retires from being the chairman of SCE.

Apparently, Mr. Kutaragi did not retire in purpose. There was some management issues due to the lacklusture sales of the Playstation 3.

Under the pressure of lousy Playstation 3 sales, Sony find every reason they could blame on. First they say it's due to the lack of PS3 games in the market. Now they sack the person who had brought gaming to a new dimension.

What they didn't know is, the PS3's security was causing the problems. Hehe, it's not a bad thing, but it's not a good thing either. The good thing is because it prevents hacking, so to curb piracy. But due to this, no pirated games ......yet. See how I use the word : "yet".

Well the true success of the PSone, PS2 and PSP lies on the availability of pirated games in the market. Pirated games = cheap games. Unless you are rich, but so far, I've know none of my friends that buy original games for their consoles.

The pro Chinese better do something to save PS3!
